MISSION WAY MANPOWER SERVICES, INC., was conceived to help achieve the aspirations of many Filipinos who are blessed with ingenuity and sterling capabilities. Our mission is to be the government's partner in preserving the integrity of every Filipino who works abroad and be able to contribute for the improvement of Philippine's economy through dollar remittances of Overseas Filipino Workers.
BUSINESS HISTORY
MISSION WAY Manpower Services, Inc., was established on June 15, 1995 with the resources of five major stockholders and only a few employees. The goal was to provide skilled and unskilled manpower for land-based clients. The company's growth and progress in the manpower business attracted more foreign clients including big companies in Australia and Canada.
From then on, Mission Way Manpower Services, Inc. received numerous awards and recognition from different associations and institutions including Top Performer Award from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
TO OUR CLIENTS & DEPLOYED WORKERS
We take pride in serving our foreign clients with professional, skilled and semi-skilled workers who possess a strong determination to succeed in their careers. We are committed to provide our clients with workers who are trained to excel in their field of work.
We only select physically and mentally fit workers from our pool of qualified applicants so that even the most urgent and tough requirements of our clients are directly satisfied. We also develop ways and programs that motivate and encourage applicants to upgrade their performance and competence.
We maintain effective communication with the applicants and our clients to ensure the efficient handling of all matters relevant to their needs and company requirements.
